Gorlitz's standard splices are available to repair 3/8" thru 3/4" diameter cables and are unnoticeable once installed.

Retrievers
Gorlitz's small combination retriever S 10 is used to retrieve 3/8”, 13/32” and 1/2” diameter cables. One end is an open ended spiral taper with the other being a 1/4” female thread that attaches onto cable ends E 01 and E 03. Gorlitz's large combination retrievers S 11 and E 70 are used to retrieve 5/8”, 11,16” and 3/4” diameter cables and may also be used to retrieve rags, diapers and other foreign objects. One end is an open tapered spiral, the other end attaches to a standard cable connector E 05 thru E 07, or female split pin connector E 53 thru E 55. Gorlitz's hook retrievers are unique pick-up tools that are used to retrieve lost cables. Available in three sizes, they can be attached to a standard cable connector E 05 thru E 07, or female split pin connector E 53 thru E 55.

Leaders
Gorlitz’s permanent and replaceable downheads help guide the cable thru difficult bends in 1 1/2" to 3" diameter drain lines. Permanent downheads DHP 01 - DHP 05 are crimped at the factory for proper installation while replaceable downheads DHR 04 - DHR 05 are attached by threading onto cable ends E 01 thru E 03.

Gorlitz's replaceable downhead assemblies allow the blade to be dropped at any point of cable rotation guiding the cable through difficult turns. They are also quiet useful for back to back drains, sudden drops or sharp turns. Downhead DHR 06 is featured with a slip joint end and downhead DHR 07 attaches to a female split pin connector. Recommended for 3" to 6" diameter drain pipes. Blade not included.

Gorlitz's replaceable bulbhead BHR 01and BHR 02 bulbhead plug are available for 13/32" diameter cables. They are quite flexible and used to guide the cable through demanding turns giving the operator the advantage when using blades K 01 thru K 05.

Gorlitz's flexible leaders are loosely wound 2’ long cable sections that guide sewer cables with ease through difficult turns. The 3/8" diameter male threaded stud accepts different blade holders and cutting blades.

Gorlitz's spearhead assembly is recommended to bore through stoppages plugged with grease and/or sand. The cutting blade is hardened and replaceable.
